InsSwag Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with InsSwag. We want you to love your order. Because all of our products are made on-demand just for you, our policy is designed to be fair to you while reflecting the custom nature of our products.

If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@insswag.com and we’ll work to make it right.


1. Order Issues We Will Fix (at No Cost to You)

If any of the following problems occur, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund:

  • Damaged or defective items on arrival (ripped, stained, broken, or clearly defective).
  • Incorrect item received (wrong design, size, color, or product from what you ordered).
  • Print quality issues (severe misprints, fading, off-center designs outside normal tolerance).

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (product and print)

2. Returns & Exchanges for Size, Fit, or Preference

We understand that sometimes an item may not fit the way you hoped or you might change your mind.

Because our items are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not keep inventory. However, we still want to be generous and fair.

We offer the following options within 30 days of delivery:

  • One-time size exchange on most apparel items at a discounted reprint cost (often just covering production & shipping).
  • Store credit for certain returns, evaluated case-by-case.

If you’d like to request a size or preference exchange, please email us at support@insswag.com with your order number and what you’d like to change. We’ll let you know the most favorable option available for your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns for:

  • Orders with no issue other than normal buyer’s remorse
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked as such at checkout)

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we can reship the order to a corrected address, but additional shipping and reprint fees may apply.
  • If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us. We’ll do our best to help, and in some cases can offer a discounted replacement.

5. How to Start a Return or Replacement

To start a return, exchange, or replacement request:

  1. Email us at support@insswag.com.
  2. Include your full name, order number, and photos (if there’s a defect or damage).
  3. Tell us whether you’d prefer a replacement, store credit, or refund (when applicable).

We’ll review your request and respond with next steps, usually within 1–2 business days.

6. Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Cancellations & Changes

Because our products are made to order, all orders go into production quickly.

  • To request a cancellation or change, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel, but we’ll always try to offer the most favorable solution (such as a discount or adjustment where possible).
